Located 25 km from the centre of Lisbon, the Aroeira Pines Classic & Challenge golf courses are set in a protected pine forest very close to the beaches of Costa da Caparica.

Herdade da Aroeira benefits from a micro-climate that allows the practice of golf throughout the year, offering a stimulating challenge to players of any level.

Opened in 1973, the 18-hole Aroeira Pines Classic championship course was designed by architect Frank Pennick, and is considered by experts to be one of the best courses in Europe. It is on the list of the "100 best European courses" by Golf World magazine, as well as the Aroeira Challenge course.

She hosted the Portuguese Open in 1996 and 1997, several Ladies Open, the Amateur Champioship Gentleman & Ladies in 2010 and 2011 and more recently the European Men Clubs Trophy 2013.

GOLF OF QUINTA DO PERU :

It is overlooking the stunning Serra da Arrábida that Quinta do Peru Golf & Country was born in 1994. Located in Quinta do Conde, in Azeitão, it is considered one of the most prestigious golf courses on the Costa Azul.

In 2019, Quinta do Peru Golf & Country gained a new life, with the acquisition by Reformosa, a leading company in the luxury real estate market. Since then, the challenge has been to renovate the space, keeping golf as the main sporting activity and inserting other attractive areas that allow greater family involvement.
